5Role of Platizio Global

Platizio Services LLP (LLPIN AAQ-9558) operates Platizio Global as a white-labelled partner platform in association with ViewTrade. Platizio acts solely as a facilitator of access to international investing services. Platizio is not a broker, broker-dealer, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, research analyst, or authorised dealer. Platizio does not hold securities or client money and does not provide custody services. All brokerage, execution, custody, clearing, settlement and related regulated activities are performed by ViewTrade or its appointed service providers. Platizio may receive referral fees or revenue share from ViewTrade.

6Regulatory Status

The Platizio Global international investing offering is facilitated through ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, registered with IFSCA as a Broker Dealer (IFSC/BD/2024-25/0003) and Global Access Provider (IFSCA/GAP/BD/2025-26/001). US execution, clearing and custody are provided through ViewTrade Securities Inc., a US broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Platizio Services LLP is not registered with IFSCA.

Separately, Platizio Services LLP is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a mutual fund distributor and operates in compliance with applicable SEBI regulations for its domestic offerings. That registration covers mutual fund distribution in India only; it does not cover US stocks or ETFs. Platizio does not hold a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or portfolio manager registration in India or any foreign jurisdiction in connection with this offering.

7Custody, Protection and Remuneration

Your account, cash and securities are with ViewTrade IFSC, not with Platizio. Your US shares are held in the name of ViewTrade IFSC for the benefit of its customers (an omnibus account), not in your individual name. ViewTrade IFSC holds them in the US through ViewTrade Securities Inc., and US shares settle at The Depository Trust Company (DTC), part of DTCC. Your shares therefore sit with a chain of intermediaries; if one fails, you could lose money.

ViewTrade IFSC is not a SIPC member. Where investor protection coverage is available through a foreign broker, clearing broker or custodian, such coverage is subject to that provider's terms and exclusions. SIPC protects against the failure of a brokerage firm; it does not protect against a fall in the market value of your investments. US trades are governed by US law, and IFSC stock-exchange investor-protection and dispute-resolution mechanisms do not apply.

Platizio may receive referral fees or revenue share from ViewTrade. Read ViewTrade IFSC's terms and risk disclosures carefully before investing.

8LRS and Tax Responsibility

Investing in US securities through this platform involves remittance under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) of the Reserve Bank of India. You are solely responsible for ensuring your remittances comply with the prescribed LRS annual limit, applicable Tax Collected at Source (TCS) rules, and all FEMA requirements. You are also responsible for reporting foreign assets and income in your Indian income tax returns (Schedule FA), claiming applicable foreign tax credits, and meeting all tax obligations in India and any other jurisdiction of your tax residency.
